A Certified Fitness Instructor with Cooper Institute of Research, ACE and AFAA. Past host of weekly televised fitness segments on TV 29, presenter on Bally's Aerobic Demo Team, Silver Medal Winner/American Aerobics Association, Gold Medal Winner/Southern Region/US National Aerobic Championships, and Bronze Medal Winner/LAOpen/USNAC (an ESPN Event). Hosted dance and fitness workshops and competitions at the University of North Texas and the University of Dallas.

 

Directed and danced in hundreds of professional shows including corporate events and industrials. Directed events to include Budlite Dance Team to promote LL Cool J, Backup Dancers to Sir Earl Toon/Kool and the Gang at Charity Event, New Year's Cheer Open for Roger Staubach and Randy White, FW Convention Center Opening Number for Deborah Norville, Gaylord Texan Memorial Day Show, Walmart Shows at Dallas Convention Center, several Gaylord Texan Corporate Events, MJ Backup Dancers, Channel 11 Elvis Presentation, New Years Eve Millennium Performance, and hundreds more.  Performed and directed weekly dance segments on TV 29 "De Todo Un Poco" and TV 52 "Variadisimo". Directed dance entertainment segments for Miss Texas Teen Pageants and Miss Calendar Model Competition. Directed several minor league sports dance teams to include Lone Star Brahma Dancers, DFW Texans, UBL Wranglers Dancers, ND Vandals ABA Dance Teams, Southlake Pirates Pearls Dance Team, Texas Heat Dancers, and DFW Diesel Dancers. Performed as backup dancer to several bands including Mirror Image, Sassy, Zannado and other Talent Booking USA Bands. Past member of Jeunesse Dance Company. Developed educational presentations utilizing dance visuals that are performed for educational institutions, family venues, and charitable organizations.
